Tis’ the season …. To be fabulous!

At Roberta Freymann we love the holidays and are thrilled that they have finally arrived! Getting into the Christmas spirit we have been busily decorating our trees with our new hand painted Christmas ornaments.

Made from paper-mache our ornaments have been hand-painted with some of our classic Roberta Roller Rabbit prints and will be deserving of your trees finest perch!

I am off to Punte Del Este next weekend to spend time with my family over the Holiday’s so I will have to wait to decorate the tree. My house will be a hive of activity with over 20 guest arriving Christmas day! A perfect opportunity to showcase my new Organza Table linen printed with Big Cata (one of my favorite prints) in fine gold, the perfect accompaniment to my latest purchase from India, exquisite hand painted dinnerware, helping to create the perfect setting for entertaining.

This week we also celebrated the launch of our newest Roberta Freymann Boutique at 958 Lexington. Joined by some of our wonderful clients and closest friends we toasted the start of the holiday’s in true Roberta fashion, with an Eastern influence and plenty of champagne! The biggest hit of the night was our Tosca dress, new in and ready to wear to your next holiday party.

Is Roberta the same designer who sold hand knitted sweaters to Neiman-Marcus in the mid-1980’s? As I recall they were knitted by women in small villages in Ecuador. She gave me a cobalt blue and black animal print blanket in wool.

    Just wondering.
