India, a far off land of vibrant colors, loud noises, and endless people! I travel here and to more than twenty other countries across the globe scouring markets for fantastic fabrics and exotic finds. Below I’ve posted moments that capture some of the vivid colors, textures, and life I encounter while on the road in India. Dive in and share my discoveries: beautiful, exotic, and absurd!

I’ve established lasting relationships with some of the finest artisans on these distant shores, and treasure the intense encounters we have as I design each and every garment with them. I am continually inspired and amazed by the talent and creativity of such wonderful people.

I am constantly being inspired by what I see around me when I travel to exotic countries. Even a quick snapshot of the crafts making process can serve to inspire a piece in a collection or an element of one of my stores.
