I am finally leaving for Punta del Este , the St. Tropez of Argentina this weekend.
After an exhausting season and fabulous holiday parties (check out our photo gallery) it is time to relax !
The best thing about this trip is that I get to rest, see friends, and spend time with my family.
In true Roberta style, Punta is as chic as it is full of hidden charm. You can find gorgeous pieces in the street of La Barra in Jose Ignacio, the hippie part of town… totally inspiring!
One of my favorite places is a whale watching stand where the Atlantic and Rio De La Plata meet at Playa Brava, on the east side of the Punta Del Este peninsula. The waters look almost as if a line were drawn on them – very easy to see where the ocean and river meet…..Perfect !
When the winds are low I like to go to…
This picture was taken for our swimwear calendar at my house in Punta …
The food here is great , but is members only…if you are feeling more casual try the Yacht Club Uruguayo
This place … a hidden gem
Jose Ignacio is Uruguay’s idyllic, vibrant coastal area, drawing travelers to enjoy the pristine beaches, rugged landscape and relaxed, bohemian setting. The artists featured throughout Estancia Vik are celebrated for their vision and individuality … very Roberta!
From now on when I go somewhere fabulous I will l be sharing it with you!
awwww cant wait to get there ! will keep you posted
